The Resort is about 4 Km away, reachable with our Shuttle Bus service, but we invite you to consult the map on the Resort website, to know the exact distance.

From what time is the room available on the day of arrival?
We guarantee the delivery of the room by 15.00 but you can arrive at the Resort from the early morning, take advantage of the common areas, we will deliver the rooms as soon as possible

Is the swimming pool inside the Resort? When is it big and deep? Is it suitable for children?
The (outdoor) swimming pool is inside the Resort, measuring 12 Mt X 8 Mt and the water level is 1.35 Mt with whirlpool and water blade. The children's area is 35 Cm high with a diameter of 4.50 Mt.

Can we connect to wi-fi?
Yes, you can take advantage of the free wi-fi in the room and in the common areas, using your own terminal, or an iPhone.

Are you organized for special dietary needs?
Tell us about any food intolerances or allergies our staff will try to give you directions and details on where to buy the products or possibly have lunch or dinner

Unlike most hotels in Tortoreto, our Resort offers a convenient free internal parking for all guests of the Resort, throughout the stay. The parking is autonomous: this means that you can enter and exit whenever you want with your car without having to leave keys

All apartments have a balcony or terrace or garden with outdoor table and chairs, according to the type chosen.

What is the difference between Studio, Two-room, Junior Suite or Suite apartments?
The difference between Studio, Two-room, Junior Suite or Suite differs mainly in size, for the external porch with table and chairs, for the view and for the furnishings of the bathroom accessories.

In the immediate vicinity of the resort, reachable on foot or by bicycle, you will find: Pharmacy, Tobacconist, Hairdresser, the Post Office, supermarket, typical restaurants and pizzerias.

What can you visit in the area in the evening?
We recommend first of all the splendid promenade of Tortoreto, equipped with beautiful bathing establishments, which borders the villages of Alba Adriatica, Villa Rosa and Martinsicuro to the north and Giulianova to the south. In addition, from the location of the Incantea Resort you can easily reach the most popular tourist destinations in our territories, such as Teramo, Atri, Colonnella, Campli, Civitella del Tronto, the town of San Benedetto del Tronto and Ascoli Piceno in the Marches bordering us.

How is the beach?
Tortoreto beach is of fine sand, without stones, golden with seabeds that degrade gently suitable for children.

How far is the resort from the center?
The historic center of Tortoreto Alto is within walking distance and is 500 meters away, while the Lido is about 3 kilometers away, reachable by our shuttle bus, by car or bus.

Is there a shuttle service from / to the station and the airport?
Yes We can pick you up or take you to the Tortoreto or Giulianova station for departure, while the airport service is to be agreed in advance.

Is there a shuttle service to the beach?
Yes Guests can take advantage of the shuttle service to / from the beach at set times every 30 minutes (from 08.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00) which will accompany them to the sea, directly at our bathing establishment, in the months of June, July, August until mid-September.

Do you offer offers and packages in low season or on special occasions?

Is there an area where children can play?
Yes, not just one, the resort has ample spaces for children: a dedicated outdoor area with games and playgrounds or an indoor indoor room with a games room and recreational activities for children from 0-12 years, with the obligation of having a parent who can remain in eye contact.

Is there a hospital near the hotel?
The hospital closest to us is located in Giulianova or in Sant’Omero, about 10 minutes away. drive away. In summer the tourist medical guard service is open and pediatric assistance is available on request.

How can I send the deposit and what are the payment methods to settle my stay?
The deposit can be sent by bank transfer indicating the booking code. For the payment of the stay we accept visa, maestro and mastercard, debit cards, postpay, cashier's checks and cash. We also carry out the withdrawal directly from the credit card.
